Clorinda Donato’s is an eighteenth-century scholar who studies the transfer of knowledge through the translation of encyclopedic compilations. She also concentrates her research on gender in medical and literary accounts, on Catholic and Protestant Enlightenment, Italian Diaspora Studies, and the history of the book.
